Edit or move residents in the Location Planning

You can click on the name of a housing location in the schedule. A new screen will unfold below the housing location. This will show the rooms of the housing location and the occupants (if they are in it, of course).  If you click Resident Overview, you will also see the details of the occupants.


This condensed resident overview gives you information about the name, employer, room, check-in date and expected check-out date. You can also click on the three dots next to a resident. These options allow you to edit or move the resident to an entirely new housing location or room. 


If you click Edit, a new screen will open. Here you can see that you can change various details of the selected resident.



Clicking on Move will take you to a new screen. This option allows you to move the resident to another location and/or room. When you move a resident, he or she is automatically checked out of the current room or location and checked into a new one. This means that the current resident you move from a location will automatically move to the Previous Residents tab.



Under the heading with Previous residents you only get to see an overview of residents who have lived in the housing location in the past.
