Important! You can also check out resident without making a report. This article deals specifically with combining a control report, with checking out a resident!
In previous articles, you can read more about creating a regular check-out report and creating a check-in report. In this article, we are going to explain what a check-out report entails.
A check-out report is structured the same as the other reports. The only difference here is that you can check out residents from the home and/or bedroom.
You can create a check-out report by clicking on the location for which you want to generate a report and clicking on Location actions, then go to the actions tab. This is where you click on Checkout.
A new screen will then open with the audit report. You can read more about the structure of the report here, and here you can read how to specifically check the rooms.
In this screen, at the top under select residents, you will see the residents currently in the home. Do you want to check out one/more? Then click on that resident(s).
Want to specifically check out a resident from a bedroom and not a residence? Then add the appropriate bedroom at the bottom. You will then see which residents are in this bedroom.
Want to check out a resident? Then click on the resident(s) of your choice. Upon completion of the report, they will be checked out automatically.
