Checking current / future / previous resident information

When you go to the Location planning dashboard, you also have the ability to view the current and previous residents of a specific location. You can check this by clicking on the location and then on Resident Overview.

When you click on this overview, a new screen will open with three tabs. One tab shows the Current Residents, one tab shows the history of Previous Residents and one tab shows the Future Residents.

The Current Residents tab shows an overview of the residents currently residing at this location. You will immediately see the following details of a resident in this overview.

1. The name

2. The employer he/she is currently working for 

3. The room he/she is currently staying at

4. The date the resident checked in

5. The date the resident is expected to check out.

You will see even more information about the residents if you click on a name, another small field below the selected resident will open up.

You will see this same overview with information of previous residents and future residents.
