Tab 'Planner overview'

Modified on Mon, 23 Oct, 2023 at 3:27 PM

The third tab in location planning is the Planner overview tab. In this overview you will find all planners, including associated teams and the (planable) spots.

Note! This tab is applicable if you create the location planning in SIMA and employ multiple planners for this purpose.

At the top of the planning overview you will find four white blocks. These blocks contain the following information:

  • Total stays: the amount of stars of all planners together
  • Total planned: How many spots / stays are currently planned
  • Total planable: number of planable places in SIMA from all planners added together
  • Total balance: plannable minus total planned = the balance

Below that you see an overview of all planners in SIMA. In this example there is only one scheduler called Demo. Under this scheduler you then also see the team(s) that fall under this scheduler (in this case test), and then the employers that belong to it (in this case Demo Stay and Vest). More about the teams / employers, can also be found in this article

For each scheduler, in the top lines you will always see an overview of all teams. In this case; that's just 'test'. Then you see how many residents are scheduled for that team, how many stays this team has, how many spots this team has schedulable, and what the balance is. The balance is planable - number of stays per team So in this case the balance is 2-0 = 2.

In the row below, you will see total. Total is the total of the rules above that of all the teams added together. Since there is only one team in this case, total equals the rule of test.

If you then click on the arrow to the left of the scheduler, you will thus see below it all the rows with the employers that fall under this scheduler / teams. In this case, these are 2 employers (vest and Demo Stay).

Next, you will see the number of stays for each employer. In this case, there are 19.

Finally, you have the edit mode button.

Clicking on this will open the following overview.

With Edit Mode enabled you can manually change the number of stayers per team by plus or minus. Suppose I say team test has 3 sojourners, I enter that now and click Save. In this case, I have set the number of stayers to 4.

What you see happening now is that the balance is at -2 and it is colored red because the balance is in the negative. This is because the balance consists of planable minus the number of stayers per team. Since there are fewer planable spots than stayers, the balance is negative!
