To Do dashboard: list and map overview

When you click on the tile called To Do's on the SIMA Dashboard, you will see an overview of all the tasks that are notated in SIMA.



Besides the list view, you can also opt to choos to see all the To Do's in a map overview by clicking on the map icon on the top right.



On the To Do dasbhoard you will see an overview of To Do’s that have been reported to housing locations. You can filter by 3 types of to do’s:


1. My To Do's -> if you click on My To Do's you will only see the To Do's that apply to you and are your responsibility

2. All To Do's -> here you can see all the To Do's of all housing locations

3. On hold To Do's -> here you can see all the To Do's that are currently On Hold

3. Completed To Do's -> here you can see To Do's that have already been completed


You also have the button with Filter at the top left of the To Do screen. If you click on this, a new screen will open. In this screen you can filter on various criteria. If you filter by criteria, you will only see the To Do's that fit your selected criteria. You can select more criteria at once. The criteria you can select are:



1. Assigned to: here you can choose an employee to whom a To Do is assigned

2. Created by: here you can choose the employee that created the To Do

3. Created on: here you can select the data on which the To Do has been created

4. Scheduled on: this is the data on which te execution of the To Do is scheduled

5. Deadline: here you van filter on the deadline date of a To Do, so the date it should be completed

6. Completed on: here you can search for a date when a To Do was completed

7. Status: here you can filter by the status of a To Do, you can choose between Open, In progress, On hold and Done


If you then click on Show results, you will see the To Do's that fit your criteria. Do you no longer want to apply the filters? Then click on Reset filters on the right side of the screen.

 

Under the heading with filter you also have a search bar. Here you can also look up a to do yourself by using keywords.

 

Finally, you have the option Sort on at the top right.  Here you can sort all issues by:



1. Name ascending (Z-A): by name is meant the name of the street of the housing location

2. Name descending (A-Z): by name is meant the name of the street of the housing location

3. Created on ascending: so from first to last added

4. Created on descending: so from last to first added

5. Deadline ascending: so from the nearest deadline to the furthest

6. Deadline descending: so from furthest deadline to the nearest
