Dashboard: Issues

When you open the dashboard module, you can open the tab called Issues. Here you can find all the information about the issues that have been noticed in SIMA.



At the top right you can filter this tab by choosing the team of which you want to see the analysis. If you want to analysis of the whole organization you can choose All. Otherwise you can here select a specific team. 


Issue count: On the top left you see a widget which gives you different types of information about all the Issues that have been notated in SIMA. We will start at the top of the widget. Here you first see the word Issue Count. Here you see the total amount of Issues that have been notated in SIMA. Besides that you see 5 categories:



1. Open: these are issues that still have to be prosessed

2. To Do: these are issues that are made into To Do's, which means they are made into a task now

3. In Progress: these are issues that are currently in progress, which means they are being worked on or are being reviewed

4. On hold: these are issues which are on hold, so they are temporarily not being dealt with

5. Completed: these are issues which are done and by that completed


Issues by label: Below the Issue count you see an item called Issues by label. Here you can select a label from a dropdown menu. The Issue labels are the following and they are explained furthermore in the section about Issues. The labels you can choose from are: Damages, Malfunctions, Additional Inventory, SNF, Wear, Hygiene, Rush, Check, Other & No Label. When you select one of these Labels, you will see the total count of Issues from that label on the left. On the right side you will see the total count of Issues placed in the right Category (Open, To Do, In Progress, On Hold & Completed).


Issues by employees: Below the Issues by label you see an item called Issues by employee. Here you can select an employee from a dropdown menu. If you select a specific employee, the total amount of Issues which he created are shown. On the right side you will see the total count of Issues placed in the right Category (Open, To Do, In Progress, On Hold & Completed.


Issues by day: On the left side of the numeric overview of Issues, you see a graphical representation of all the issues. You can first select a period from which you want to see an analysis of the issues. After that you can decide if you want to see alle the issues, or if you only want to show issues in one of the following categories:



1. Created: this represents all the issues that are created in SIMA in the selected period.

2. Resolved: this represents all the issues that are solved in the selected period.

3. Deadline: this represents all the issues that have a deadline in the selected period.

4. Planned: this represents alle the issues that are planned in the selected period.


You can select one or more categories bij clicking on the category. You will see a graphic representation of the issues in the selected period. You can see more specific numeric data when you click on a point in the graph. This will show you a number of issues on that date in a specific category.



Top Ten Locations with outstanding Issues: On the bottom left you see a widget called Top Ten Locations with outstanding Issues. This widget shows a top 10 (descending) of locations with the most outstanding issues.


Top Ten Locations by Issues: On the bottom middle you see a widget called Top Ten Locations by Issues. This widget shows a top 10 (descending) of locations with the most issues in total.


Top Ten locations with finished Issues: On the bottom left you see a widget called Top ten locations with finished Issues. This widget shows a top 10 (descending) of locations with the most finished issues.
