When you click on the Locations tile on the dashboard in SIMA, a screen opens with a complete overview of the housing locations.
You can also choose to show all the locations in a Map overview by clicking on the map icon on the top right of your screen.
The location tile first opens the overview with My locations; these are locations that are linked to you. At the top you will also see different tabs and filter/sorting options:
All locations: Here you can view all locations that are on the platform, including those that are not specifically assigned to your management
Archived: Here you can see all locations that are not currently active on the platform. All relevant documentation regarding previous users and agreements are kept under this heading for inspection
Concept: Here you can see all locations that are created but are not complete or in use yet. They probably need some more info to be completed.
Filter: In the filter function, the houses can be sorted by: the employee to whom the house is assigned, the party who rents the house, the date on which the house was created and the price. In addition, you can filter on open To Do's, as well as on open capacity (free beds). You can filter on multiple criteria at the same time
Sort by → Here you can sort the houses by various parameters such as name, added by, price and capacity.
