At the top right of the screen of the To Do dashboard you will see a black plus (+). If you click on this you will get the option to create a new To Do. If you then click on New to do you will be taken to a new screen.
At this screen you can create a To Do yourself by naming the task and adding a comment. Below the comment, you can set a deadline for completing the task. With Select option you can choose an employee who will take on the task. At Select Location, you then select the housing location and then the room in which the task is located. After you are done you can click on Save to add the To Do to the overview.
