Dashboard: To Do's

When you open the dashboard module, you can open the tab called To Do's. Here you can find all the information about the To Do's that have been noticed in SIMA.



At the top right you can filter this tab by choosing the team of which you want to see the analysis. If you want an analysis of the whole organization you can choose All. Otherwise you can select a specific team. 



To Do's: On the top left you see a widget which gives you the amount of To Do's that have been notated in SIMA. Besides this, you can see in which of the following categories these To Do's belong:


1. Open: these are To Do's that still have to be processed.

2. In Progress: these are To Do's that are currently in progress, which means they are being worked on or are being reviewed

3. On hold: these are To Do's which are on hold, so they are temporarily not being dealt with

4. Completed: these are To Do's which are done and by that completed


To Do's by employees: On the right side of the previous widget you find an item called To Do's by employee. Here you can select an employee from a dropdown menu. If you select a specific employee, the total amount of To Do's which he created are shown. On the right side you will see the total count of To Do's placed in the right Category (Open, In Progress, On Hold & Completed). 


To Do's by day: Below the numeric overview of To Do's you see on the left a graphical overview of To Do's by day. You can first select a period from which you want to see an analysis of the To Do's. After that you can decide if you want to see alle the To Do's, or if you only want to show To Do's in one of the following categories:



1. Created: this represents all the To Do's that are created in SIMA in the selected period.

2. Resolved: this represents all the To Do's  that are solved in the selected period.

3. Deadline: this represents all the To Do's that have a deadline in the selected period.

4. Planned: this represents alle the To Do's that are planned in the selected period.


You can select one or more categories bij clicking on the category. You will see a graphic representation of the To Do's in the selected period. You can see more specific numeric data when you click on a point in the graph. This will show you a number of To Do's on that date in a specific category.


To Do's planned vs. resolved: On the right of the graph which shows To Do's by day, you see a graph which shows the To Do's which are planned an resolved. You can first select a period from which you want to see an analysis of the To Do's. After that you can decide if you want to see alle the finished and resolved To Do's, or if you only want to show To Do's in one of the categories:


1. Resolved: this category shows all the resolved To Do's in the selected period

2. Planned: this category shows all the planned To Do's in the selected period. 


You can select one or more categories bij clicking on the category. You will see a graphic representation of the To Do's in the selected period. Top Ten Locations with outstanding To Do's: On the bottom left you see a widget called Top Ten Locations with outstanding To Do's. This widget shows a top 10 (descending) of locations with the most outstanding To Do's.


Top Ten Locations by To Do's: On the bottom middle you see a widget called Top Ten Locations by To Do's. This widget shows a top 10 (descending) of locations with the most To Do's in total.


Top Ten locations with finished To Do's: On the bottom left you see a widget called Top ten locations with finished To Do's. This widget shows a top 10 (descending) of locations with the most finished To Do's.
