When you click on an article to view, edit or delete it, you will always see an overview with 4 tabs. In this article, we will discuss the meaning of the four tabs.
- Details: This tab shows all details of an article. This overview is extended if you also use the WMS module, if you do not use it, the inventory management piece is not applicable from this overview.
- Stock: These are all actions/mutations that have taken place with this article. Here you can find how many items are present in a home (this is added inventory to a home), how many items are in storage (Only applicable when using WMS), how many of this item is reserved (Reserved means; added to the To Do, but not checked off, also only applicable with WMS), and Total: the total number of items of the 3 previous categories added together.Below that you can see all the mutations of the users who have done something with this article in SIMA, including date and time. If you click on a mutation, you can also see what specifically happened. In this case a user has added 16 times the item bedding to the stock. So stock is replenished!
- Orders (only relevant with WMS): under orders you will see all orders that have been placed for this item. This is only applicable with the WMS module.
- Warehouses (only relevant with WMS): here you can see at the top of storage how many of this item in total are in storage. Below that you can see all the warehouses. The amount of storage should actually always equal the stock of all warehouses added together.
