Finishing the check

When everything is filled in correctly in the check, you must press the black button at the bottom right of Complete check. This button becomes visible after all the questions have been filled in. The completion of the Check-In will create a new pop-up which asks for affirmation. 



When you press Complete check, a report will automatically be created. This report can be sent directly to one or more email addresses. When you click on email-addresses, you see that the email-address of the tenant is automatically filled in so he will always get the report. In addition, multiple email addresses can be added by pressing the plus (+) button at the bottom left. 


 

After you have pressed on Next step, another field opens. Here you can schedule a new check. This check will be added directly to the To Do list of the location. If you are done selecting a date, press the button with Next step. The following screen will open. You can find more information about the To Do function in this section.



When issues are indicated during the control process, they are displayed here. These Issues are immediately transferred to the complete overview with all reported Issues. The process can then be completed by clicking on the black button at the bottom right with Complete.  The report that is generated is then visible under the heading Documents.
