What is an issue?

An issue is something that has been noticed, but still has to be put into a task. The issueboard is an overview of all the things that should be looked at about housing locations (or transport if you keep track of that in SIMA) such as the overall state, or inventory issues that have been noticed during checks or came trough a different communication channel. The issuedashboard shows you a complete overview of alle the things that should be looked at. Some issues are more urgent than other, so from the issuedashboard you can decide which issues should be fixed in the coming period and should therefore be made into a To Do (or; task). So an issue is not immediately something that is being progressed and fixed; you can choose which issues should be handled. It might occur that some issues are irrelevant or miscommunicated. Therefore SIMA does not immediately creates a task from an Issue.
