If you go to Location Actions and click on the heading with Documents, you will get a list of the documentation associated with the housing location. These can be reports, contracts and any other documents such as waste pointers and energy contracts.
Here you can see reports from check-in, check-out and periodic checks, for example. If you click on a report, you can download a PDF file of the report which you can then open, view and save to your device if you wish. Under documents, you can also click Edit to change current information about the housing location.
You can also add documents yourself by clicking on the blue Add button. You can give your document a title, indicate what type of document it is, and then upload the file.
Under the Reports heading you will see a condensed brief overview of all reports generated from check-in, check-out and periodic checks.
NOTE!: these are not the complete reports! Under this tab you will find only the answers to the SNF questions, so not the inventory that has been assessed or the meter readings. So the summary you see per report is as follows:
