Tab 'planners'

The planners tab is relevant for organizations that employ multiple site planners. This functionality serves to divide the number of beds of larger locations, among multiple planners. So check carefully first if this is relevant to you, otherwise you can skip the tab!

Do you have multiple planners and want to divide the capacity of a property among several people? Then you can add the planners here. You do this initially by clicking the add planner button. When you do this, a new field opens.

In the first field you can select the planner. It is important that the planner already has an account for SIMA. In the second field you indicate (numerically) how many beds this planner has at his disposal from this location. This way you can divide the capacity of the property over several planners.

Do you want to add another planner? Then just click on add planner again. Do this until you have divided the entire capacity over the planners.
