When you open the dashboard module, it automatically opens on the tab called Checks. Here you can find all the information about the check reports that have been done at all the housing locations.
At the top right you can filter this tab by choosing the team of which you want to see the analysis. If you want to see the analysis of the whole organization you can choose All. Otherwise you can select a specific team.
First you see Checks Count: this is the amount of Checks that have been done in total by all employees. Below that number, you see a widget called Report Count per Location. Here you see all the locations that have been checked and how many times. You can also click on a location to see more specifications about that home. All the separate locations including number of checks added up together, make the total Checks Count.
A little bit to the right you see the widget with Checks done by ... Here you can select the number of checks done by all employees, or by a specifiek employee. You can select the employee by clicking on the little arrow which created a dropdown menu with all employees in the organization.
On the right side of the previous widget, there is one last item called Locations count with false on SNF questions. Here you can see the amount of locations which are not SNF approved according to the Check reports.
Below the previous widget, you see an item called Locations with no check the last six months. Here you get an overview of alle the locations which did not get checked in the period between now and six months ago. Besides the location you also see the date on which the location has last been checked.
Below the previous widget, you see an item called Reviews of articles (). Between brackets you will see the number of articles that have been checked. Below you can see the percentage of items that have been scored as: Good, Acceptable or Good. This will give you an indication in the state of the inventory.
On the bottom left there is one widget left which is called Recently Checked Locations. Here you can see the locations that have ben recently checked; the top rows show the most recently checked and it descends as you go down.
