When you go to the Invoice dashboard, you will see an overview with both Concepts and Definitive Invoices. The concept invoices are invoices that are filled in (partially or fully) but have not been sent yet. The Definitive invoices are invoices that have been filled in and sent to the debtor.
If you click on a concept Invoice, you can just start where you finished last time. Is the invoice complete? Than you can send it to the debtor by clicking on Save and send.
If you go to a definitive invoice you have the option to download it by clicking on the downward arrow or to send to somebody else by clicking on the email icon.
