You can filter within the entire overview of documentation. To do this, you can click on the Filter button at the top left of the screen. Under filters, you can choose to sort by the type of document. There are 3 types of documents:
1. Report: if you select this filter, you will see all the reports generated from Check-In, Check-Out and Periodic Checks
2. Export: if you select this filter, you will get an overview of all housing locations including residents. Here you will actually find all general information and contact details. How to generate an export is explained in the next section.
3. Lease: if you select this filter, you will see all rental contracts
4. LocationCustom: if you select this filter, you will get an overview of all housing locations
5. Invoice, if you select this filter, you will get an overview of all the invoices you created
You can remove the filters by clicking Reset filters, right below the sort function.
Below the filter button there is also a search bar. In this search bar you can search for the desired document yourself with keywords.
You can also sort the documents. You can sort documents by:
1. Ascending name (Z-A): name refers to document name
2. Descending name (A-Z): name refers to document name
3. Added on ascending: from first to last added
4. Added on descending: from last to first added
5. Type ascending: export - lease - report
6. Type descending: report - export - lease
