Issue status

When you create an issue, you always have to include a status. This status can also been updated when the issue is being worked on. An issue can have the following statuses:



  • Open -> this issue has been added but has not yet been looked at
  • In progress -> the issue is currently being worked on
  • On hold -> the issue is currently not being dealt with 
  • Completed -> this issue is completed
  • Executed -> this issue has been executed, but this employee is not allowed to complete is. This is a label you can use if you want backoffs
