Warehouse inventory tracking (inventory -> warehouse)

In the inventory tile you can also keep track of warehouse inventory. Of course, it may be that you have more than 1 storage location and thus your inventory is spread over several warehouses. For that reason there is also Warehouse Management.

You can view the warehouses by going to the inventory tile and clicking on the appropriate item. Then you click on the fourth tab called Warehouses.

Note! For now you cannot create your own warehouses. Please contact us and we will add them for you.

At the top you will see the total stock, i.e. how much of this item you have in stock in total. Then you can see all the warehouses, in this case Warehouse 1 and Warehouse 2.

In theory, the storage of all the warehouses together should always constitute the total storage. In practice, however, this is not always the case. Therefore, in this case you will see the red warning at the top with Quantity of items in warehouse. This message indicates that there is an error somewhere. So pay close attention to this.

You can adjust the warehouse stock by clicking on the pen next to the warehouse. A new field opens.

You can see the current quantity here. By plus or minus you can then change the stock manually. When finished, click Save.The new warehouse stock is now entered.
