In the To Do dashboard you can see that there is a little check-box on the left side of every To Do. You can check one or more of these boxes to select To Do('s). On the bottom of the screen, a tab appears which indicates the amount of selected To Do's, it says Action for selected items and it shows a little trashcan to delete the selected To Do's.
There are multiple actions for the selected items, but here we will discuss the Change status action. A To Do can have the following statuses:
1. Open: this task has been added but it has not been looked at yet
2. In progress: the task is currently being worked on
3. On hold: the task is currently on hold
4. Completed: the task is completed
When you select the action called Change Status, that means you change the status of all the selected items in one of the options mentioned before.
