When you go to the dashboard of the Communication module, you will see a tab with Admin Application. If this tab is still empty, you can add on the black plus (+) at the rop right. Here you can add the different kind of email templates you want SIMA to send to users. The different kind of email templates are:
1. Account confirmation: an invitation to one of your new users to participate in SIMA
2. Password reset: if someone tries to log in into SIMA, but has forgotten their password, they can click on Forgot Password. The email template you see here is the email this user receives
3. Report finished: if you have created a report or if someone else has created a report and has sent it to you, then you will receive this email. In this email you get a link through which you can download the report
4. To Do assigned: if a To Do gets assigned to an employee, this employee wil receive this email to inform them about this task
5. To Do status changed: if a To Do Status changes, the person responsible for this task will receive this update mail.
You can change the templated by changing the tekst of the template. Make sure you don't edit the links in the text!
