When you go to the dashboard of the Communication module, you will see a tab with Journey. If this tab is still empty, you can add on the black plus (+) at the rop right. Here you can add the different kind of email templates you want SIMA to send to new users of the App if you have this product in use. The different kind of templates are:
1. E-mail invitation: this template can be used to invite new residents to make use of the app. Users will receive this mail and it asks them to complete their account
2. Text invitation: this works the same as the e-mail invitation, but the invitation will be send through text instead of email. WARNING: each text will cost the company 7 cents, an email is always free.
You can edit the current templates by editing the textfields. Make sure you don't change the links in the text.
