With the Send Email function you can send an email to the entire email file or to a select group. So do you have an announcement for all the people within your real estate portfolio? Then you can approach them all at once with this functionality.
When you click on the button with Send email, a new screen opens. In this field you can enter the subject of the mail at the top. You can then choose to send the mail to everyone, or to a selected group. If you choose a selected group, you must select the recipients in the Recipients box. So here you can select the housing location. The residents of this location will then receive your email.
In the field with body you can type the e-mail. Then click Send to send the mail to the recipients.
