In the Utilities tab, you can add amenities to the properties. By utilities, we mean by default:
- Gas
- Water
- Electricity (twice)
- Recovery
- District heating
Next to each facility you will find the same fields, namely:
- Field for meter reading: the top field for each facility, serves as a field where you can numerically enter the meter reading
- Date: here you enter the date of when the meter reading was recorded. This defaults to the current date
- +: You will also see a button with a '+'. If you click this button, you can also upload an image of the meter reading as proof. Are you doing this on desktop? Then you can select photos directly from the gallery. Are you doing this from a mobile/tablet? Then you can choose whether you want to select photos from your gallery, or take and add photos directly.
- Add row: would you like to add another meter reading? Then click on add row. This will open a new field where you can enter a meter reading for this facility both numerically and with a photo, and of course you can also add your own date.
The above facilities are standard in this overview. Besides these standard facilities, you can also add your own utilities. These can be missing electricity/gas/water supplies, but also internet, garbage or an energy contract. So fill in other important services that you feel are missing from this overview. You do this by clicking on the add utility button at the top. When you do this, a new field will open.
In this field you will see a couple of new text boxes:
- Utility: here you can give the new utility a name
- Price: here you can link a price to your utility (e.g. from a subscription / contract)
- Type: here you choose the type of supply. This can be Gas, Water, Electricity or Other.
Want to add multiple utilities? Then just click add utility again.
