Create location (General)

First you have to click on the Location tile at the dashboard of SIMA. When you click on the plus sign (+) in the top right corner of the location overview, the option Create will appear. 

Then a new screen will open where you can enter all relevant information about the new housing location. 

There are different types of data that need to be added when creating a new location. First of all, an image of the housing location can be added. Do you not have a photo yet? Then the system will import a photo from Google Maps based on the address information. Furthermore, the address details, a name and the type of property must be added.

After this data has been added, you can scroll down. Here you can fill in further information about the house such as landlord, the key plan and, for example, the rooms present in the house. Add generic spaces to locations
