The First Impression tab when creating a property, serves as a kind of first overview of a property. This tab is particularly useful if you are visiting a property for the first time and do not want to complete all the tabs right away. So this serves as a kind of baseline, with the most important initial information.
The First Impression tab consists of the following sections:
- First Images: by First Images we mean a kind of baseline measurement of the home, so what is the condition of the home right at the beginning. You can add as many pictures to this as you like. On desktop you add pictures directly from the gallery, on mobile you can also take pictures directly with your camera by clicking on the plus sign.
- Fireplace/heater? Here you enter with the Yes or No button whether the property has a fireplace or stove. Does the house have one? Then you can directly enter the pictures of it in the field below called Fireplace picture
- Lights in every room? Here you fill in with the Yes or No button whether each room has lights.
- Window coverings present? Use the Yes or No button to indicate whether the house has window coverings.
- Empty field: Here you can enter your own information. This can be information about the emptying date, but also the dimensions of the rooms, for example. Here you can enter information that you find important!
