Under the heading with Contact details you will find a field in which you can enter contact details that users will see when they click on the Contact Information bar in the app if you have turned this setting to On. So fill in contact details here that are relevant to the app users. Then click Save App Settings to save the data. The contact details will immediately be visible to app users.
