Under the heading App settings you will find the functionalities Contact info, Route info, Login not required, Show route to home and City of Issue. In addition to these options are the options On and Off.
Contact info
When the slider next to the heading with Contact info is on On, app users will see a black bar in the app with contact details. The contact information that users see here is the contact information you provide in the section about adding Contact Information. When Contact Info is set to Off, this bar is not displayed to the app users.
The next function is Route info. This is a feature that is currently being taken out of the software. Do you still see this item? Then you can ignore it, the button doesn't do anything anymore.
Login not required
The next option is Login not required. You can use this functionality to limit access to the app to a select group of users. In that case, users must log in to access the app. If there is a reason to make the app only accessible by logging in, you must set the function to Off . In that case, users will first see a login screen before they see the dashboard of the app.
Show route to home
After, the Show route to home function follows. When set to On, users will see a white bar appear with 'Route to home'. If this bar is then clicked on, users will automatically be taken to Google Maps, which plans their route home. If this option is set to Off, this bar disappears and users can no longer use this function.
City of Issue
There is one tile you can add to your app called Submit Issue. You can read more about this tile in this section. The submit issue tile is a function where users can report problems to, for example, their home or workplace. You can also use this tile to let users ask questions. When you select the City of Issue on On, then users also have to fill in where they live when entering an issue or asking a question.
When changing the On and Off settings of the app, it is important to save the choices by clicking save app settings at the bottom of the screen.
