In the To Do dashboard you can see that there is a little check-box on the left side of every To Do. You can check one or more of these boxes to select To Do('s). On the bottom of the screen a tab appears which indicates the amount of selected To Do's, it says Action for selected items and it shows a little trashcan to delete the selected To Do's.
There are multiple actions for the selected items, but here we will discuss the Schedule task action.
When you click on this action, all the selected To Do's can be scheduled at once. You have to fill in the date you will schedule it for, the deadline and the employee to who you want to assign the items. The scheduled To Do's can be found in the work planning module.
