When you open the Dashboard module, you will see a tab called Locations. On this page you can see different kinds of analysis about the housing locations in SIMA.

At the top right you can filter this tab by choosing the team of which you want to see the analysis. If you want to analysis of the whole organization you can choose All. Otherwise you can here select a specific team.

Residents and Owners

Locations: We will start with the widget on the upper left. This widget shows the amount of Locations in SIMA. On the left side of this widget can see under which category these locations are placed. The categories are:

1. Concept locations: Locations which are created, but not in use yet

2. Active locations: Locations which are created and are (ready to be) used

3. Archived locations: Locations which are currently not in use, but might be activated in the future

Owners: Besides this widget, there is an item called Owners. Here you can see the amount of property owners that are attached to all the housing locations. On the left side of this widget you can select a specific owner. When you select an owner, you will see the total amount of Locations which are owned by him/her and the average price per bed per week from this owner.

Residents: On the second row on the left, you will see a widget called Residents. This widget shows the total amount of residents which are currently staying in the housing locations.

Expiring leases: On the third row on the right, you see a widget called Expiring leases. You can see here all the locations from which the lease will expire in the coming 30 days, or the coming three moments (you can select one of the two options here). After each location shown in this widget, the lease expiration date is also shown.

Locations with or without a lease: On the third row in the middle, you see a widget called Locations with or without a lease. If you select With Lease, you will see all the locations which have a lease including the date on which the lease expires. You can also select Without Lease. Here you can see all the locations which don't have a lease including the date (if there is one) on which the lease expired.
