Creating Inventory Lists

You can view an inventory listing by clicking on that listing, or by clicking on the three dots on the right and then clicking Edit. To remove an inventory listing from the view, you can click Delete. 

Caution! Removing inventory lists is not a good idea if you have already linked this list to 1 or more properties. So don't do this either! 

Once you have applied either method of modification, you will enter a new screen.

In the first box, you can translate the name of the item into different languages. You can select a language from the language options in the drop-down menu and then insert the desired translation.

In the second box, you can change the name of the inventory list. Then you can select the items you want to add to the list. You can do this by searching for the name or item number in the search box. See an item you want to add to the list? Then check the check box to the left of the item. When all items are in the inventory list, click Save.
