In SIMA, you can run To Do imports when you want to add tasks in bulk. To Do’s are always linked to a property, so previously you had to provide either the property’s address or its external ID. Using the address is error-prone, as even a single typo prevents the To Do from being created. In practice, not every property has an external ID either.

From now on, it is also possible to use the SIMA ID. You can find a property’s SIMA ID in the following ways:

  • In the URL of the property; when you click on a property, the unique ID in the address bar is the SIMA ID.
  • On the property itself, the SIMA ID is stored in the Cost Center field. This field is automatically filled with the SIMA ID.
  • In the location export, column B labeled SIMA ID shows the SIMA ID for each property, making it easy to retrieve them in bulk.
