Last quarter, we also resolved a number of issues within SIMA. Below is a summary of the fixes we released tho fix these issues:


  • 500 error in control reports → selecting a photo from your gallery when creating a control report could trigger a 500 error. This is now resolved.
  • Rooms disappearing when archiving → archiving a room could sometimes cause it to be deleted. This issue is now fixed.
  • Creating a new debtor not working → it was previously not possible to save a new debtor in My Relations. This is now restored.
  • Filtering by teams in locations → after an update, filtering by teams in locations no longer worked. This function has been added back.
  • Slow loading of large locations with many rooms → locations with more than 50 rooms could load very slowly. This has been optimized, so locations now open much faster.
  • Slow loading of items/inventory lists → environments with many items or inventory lists could experience slow loading and searching. This has been optimized for faster performance.
  • Slow loading of completed To Do’s → the list of completed To Do’s could grow large over time, slowing down loading. This has been optimized for faster loading.
  • Unable to reopen completed To Do’s with items → previously, completed To Do’s containing items could not be reopened due to inventory handling issues. Now, reopening a To Do automatically returns items to stock, and completing it again deducts them correctly.
  • Yes/no option removed from bicycle reports → in previous updates, bicycle control reports required a yes/no choice per issue. This option has been removed, making bicycle reports function the same as car and location reports.
  • KM date not auto-filled in car control reports → when creating a car control report, the date for the odometer reading had to be selected manually. This is now automatically set to today, while still remaining editable.
  • Unable to delete car draft reports → clicking the trash icon on car draft reports did not delete them. This functionality now works correctly.
  • Cannot filter car controls in the Documents tile → filtering by type = report did not show car reports. Car reports have now been added as a separate filter option.
  • Alignment issue in invoices → in the invoice template, the general ledger field overlapped the “price excl. VAT” field. This has been corrected so the fields no longer overlap.
