It is now possible to log warnings for residents. Warnings are automatically created when you record issues in an incident report with the type misconduct or misconduct + damage (see the release note on incident types for more details).
You can find the warning file by going to the Residents tile in SIMA and clicking on a resident. On the right-hand side, you will see a section with:
You can delete a warning by clicking the blue pencil icon to edit. Scrolling down will show all warnings, and by clicking the red cross, you can remove a warning. The total number of warnings will then decrease by one.
